We hold telecommunications certifications from Unify (Siemens), Avaya & Nortel, NEC, CISCO & Broadsoft, Genband (Ribbon), and TMetrics. Our experience and certifications with other manufacturers allows for expertise enabling solutions to address your core business objectives. We use our Tampa based Integration Center to program and test all systems prior to shipping out to our customer’s location.

Maintenance Services

MCS has been in the telecommunications business for 21 years and currently maintains hundreds of thousands of ports of Avaya & Nortel, Cisco, Unify(Siemens),and NEC Telecommunications Systems. MCS’ Network Operations Center provides a 24 X 7 remote monitoring capability. This Rapid Response Team provides remote diagnosis and repair. MCS also has on-site repair and move, add, change capabilities that can be dispatch anywhere in the nation. When beneficial to the customer MCS provides on-site maintenance personnel full-time. Response times are established with our customers via service-level agreements.

Examples of MCS Unified Communications Success stories include:

  • US Air Force Base Telecommunications Systems (BTS) Contracts- MCS has provided BTS for US Air Force Bases for nearly 20 years. This support includes voice switch maintenance on a variety of PBX’s from Avaya & Nortel, Cisco, Unify (Siemens), and others, as well as operation and maintenance for the inside and outside copper and optical fiber cable plants.
  • Florida Base Communications Offices (BCO) – MCS provides Operation and Maintenance support to the US Navy at Naval Air Station Pensacola and four surrounding sites. This support included installation of nearly 100 Avaya PBX’s, and includes maintenance and installation services for inside and outside plant copper and optical fiber distribution systems.
  • US Small Business Administration – MCS provides 24/7/365 on-site and remote maintenance and engineering support to the SBA’s Office of Disaster Assistance. This multi-site, networked Call Center provides financial assistance support to small business owners.
