state-of-the-art security solutions

MCS specializes in providing state-of-the-art security solutions. Our staff of security experts performs a wide variety of services including perimeter fencing and integrated security system design and installation.

detailed planning, coordination, and management

Physical perimeter security solutions are projects that require detailed planning, coordination and management.  The work is not just about installing a physical barrier.   The work involves detailed planning and synchronization of work teams in all facets of design, site preparation, materials acquisition, delivery, storage and staging, and installation.  Additionally, planning, design and site preparation must take into account other physical and electronic security systems that will be emplaced in order to ensure that design of all systems are fully integrated and mutually supporting.

MCS typically installs physical perimeter solutions incidental to larger projects such as building and tower construction.  MCS’ experience with physical perimeter solutions are highlighted by the work performed for the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Agency.  On one project alone, the Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS) for the US northern border, MCS installed physical perimeter solutions for 17 tower sites in the Buffalo and Detroit sections.   Other U.S. CBP projects performed included Blaine, Washington and Chula Vista, CA.

On a permanent basis, MCS has installed physical perimeter solutions at the US Veteran’s Administration in Lake City, Florida; the Polk County, Florida Jail Facility Generator site; Eglin Air Force Base, Florida; and a NASA facility.

Fencing Products

MCS uses a variety of fencing products based on our customer’s physical security requirements.  There are numerous product choices available that are dependent on the design criteria in the overall integrated security concept and plan.  These range from plain chainlink fencing with bard wire on top to electric high-voltage fencing to WireWall high security fencing.

For a more esthetically pleasing appearance near the entrances, we would consider using a product such as WireWall High Security Fencing.  Product selection is greatly dependent on security requirements detailed in our customer’s overall integrated system solution.
