What To Expect During Our Hiring
Process
All of Mission Critical’s current job openings are posted on this website. Once you have located a job you’d like to apply for, fill out an application online. *Please note - please remember your password in our portal
Your application will be shared with our recruiting team for review. If our recruiter identifies you as a potential fit, we will contact you for an initial phone screening.
Estimate approximately 30 minutes for the recruiter phone call. The next step in the interview process will depend upon the position. Some positions will require multiple virtual interviews and onsite visits. If you are selected to proceed further with the interview process, our recruiters guide you along the way.
If you are offered a position with Mission Critical, you will receive a detailed offer letter and employment agreement. If you choose to accept the offer, both forms will require your signature. Please note – ALL offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check and drug screening arranged by our HR team.
Mission Critical’s HR Department will manage all of your onboarding and communicate with you throughout the process. In addition to the background check and drug screening, you will need to complete onboarding paperwork prior to your arrival. Our HR team will notify you when your onboarding paperwork is complete and will notify you with specifics of your first day at Mission Critical!
