Services Provided

Video teleconferencing (VTC)

VTC technology allows multiple users in multiple locations to share video and audio simultaneously. The most common brands are Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, and GoToMeeting.

Voice over IP (VoIP)

VoIP is a subset of telephony that allows voice communications over broadband internet, rather than traditional analog/landline phones.

SIP Integration (Session Initiation Protocol)

A system that allows for streamlined connectivity between various communication channels, including video conferencing, voice calls, and instant messaging.

Fixed-mobile convergence (FMC)

This technology connects wired and mobile services into a single integrated platform and phone number. This provides a simpler experience for users and increases productivity.

Telephony

Telephony is the process for any telecommunications services that enable voice, fax, and data transmission. This includes traditional POTS and PSTN, DECT, and PBX, mobile telephony, VoIP/cloud, and FoIP.

U.S. Naval Air Station Pensacola – MCS provides operation and maintenance support for the Florida Base Communications Offices (BCO). This support included installation of 90+ Avaya PBX systems, as well as maintenance and installation services for inside and outside plant copper and optical fiber distribution systems.

U.S. Air Force – MCS has implemented Base Telecommunications Systems (BTS) contracts for two decades. This support includes voice switch maintenance on a variety of PBX systems from Avaya & Nortel, Cisco, Unify (Siemens) and more, and operation and maintenance for both inside and outside copper and optical fiber cable plants.

Cheyenne Mountain – MCS of Tampa integrated a new UC Avaya solution to migrate from the prior legacy Nortel System.
