MCS Avaya Projects and Experience
- MCS migrated a National Park Service location from a Nortel CS1K platform onto Avaya Aura Communication Manger with over 1200 users.
- MCS flattened and consolidated a US Department of Veteran Affairs regional group of hospitals from seven (7) standalone systems supporting 15,000 users onto one centralized Avaya Aura platform, and expanded their Call Center throughout the US
- MCS is helping a State of Florida customer upgrade the Avaya UC and CC applications to the latest version of Avaya Aura while also migrating them to a new Nutanix based virtualized environment.
- MCS enabled a US Federal Agency to surge their call center by 1000%, with all the agents working remotely, to support their COVID-19 response capabilities and work at home requirements.
- MCS has installed new Avaya systems at a variety of Federal customer sites with services and infrastructure spread out over 50-300 acre sites, utilizing Avaya and 3rdparty IP and GPON networking solutions to integrate applications and infrastructure.
- MCS has Avaya Certified Technicians, Engineers, and Software Specialists that hold APSS, APDS, ACIS, and ASTA certifications
