Telecommunications Maintenance
MCS has been in the telecommunications business for 21 years and currently maintains hundreds of thousands of ports of Avaya & Nortel, Cisco, Unify(Siemens), and NEC Telecommunications Systems. MCS’ Network Operations Center provides a 24 X 7 remote monitoring capability. The Rapid Response Team provides remote diagnosis and repair. MCS also has on-site repair and move, add, and change capabilities that can be dispatched anywhere in the nation. When beneficial to the customer, MCS provides on-site maintenance personnel full-time. Response times are established with our customers via service-level agreements.
